Institute for Healthcare Improvement

A guide for older adults and caregivers to talk to their health care providers about the essential elements of age-friendly care known as the 4Ms. The guide is also available in Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese.

National Pace Association

Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) coordinate and provide all needed preventive, primary, acute and long-term care services so older adults can continue living in the community rather than in a nursing home. Empowering people to navigate Medicare with confidence. The Medicare Rights Center is committed to improving access to affordable healthcare through direct support, advocacy, and education for individuals and professionals alike.

Fighting for the rights of older adults living in poverty. Justice in Aging uses the power of law and advocacy to ensure economic and healthcare justice for older adults, particularly those who have been marginalized due to race, gender, disability, or economic status.
